Palmetto is a full service salon and non-surgical, non-drug hair restoration clinic serving the neighborhood of Eagle Rock and Los Angeles.

Palmetto was opened in 2025 by hairstylist and Trichologist Jill Lee. Jill is a hairstylist of over 20 years and began practicing trichology in 2022. She began to see a need in her daily styling for more emphasis on the hair and scalp. She had clients that were experiencing scalp concerns and hair loss, but she did not know how to help them, as most stylist’s do not. She began studying Trichology through the USTI and earning a clinical trichology certification through the American Medical Certification Association(AMCA). She has continued her education with the Italian Academy of Hair Microscopy(IAHM) studying polarized light microscopy as well as working on an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) certification to broaden her scope of practice and help clients get to the root cause of their hair concerns.

We are committed and focused on all things hair and scalp health while also offering haircut and color services that reflect this ideology. We wanted to create a space for people who are experiencing hair and scalp concerns to go and feel comfortable that the person they are seeing was educated and knowledgable in what they were going through.

We are stylists of over 20 years that specialize in haircuts and colors especially blonding services that grow out with ease and haircuts that enhance texture and movement and are happy when air dried naturally or diffused.
